Hot Ice is an Asian cuisine restaurant and bar based in Bournemouth Dorset.

What makes Hot Ice Asian different from other Indian restaurants? Well firstly,
the décor on entering takes most customers by surprise. There's no traditional bright
colours or flock wallpaper, just subtle shades of browns and creams which create a warm amid welcoming feel, whilst the white tablecloths and napkins give a crisp clean sophisticated finish. Another unique feature to Hot Ice, is that there are 2 restaurants in 1.

The first is the lounge restaurant, which is perfect for romantic meals, dinner with friends or a quick bite before or after a show. This has a comfortable and friendly feel without being pretentious or too formal.

The second area is the Ice Bar Restaurant, designed in the same stylish décor, but look out for the added ice-cube lighting detail. This is being developed as the party area, which will still serve the same authentic menu, but has tables to cater for larger groups. The music will have an upbeat tempo with the emphasis being on creating a party atmosphere where you can celebrate that special occasion with family, friends or work colleagues. This area, or the restaurant as a whole, can also be booked for private exclusive parties.
